Last lesson we talked about shopping and about our favourite shops.
One of my favourite fashion shops is H&M. H&M has 2.500 stores all over the world. H&M means Hennes & Mauritz. The first store opened in Sweden in 1947. H&M is now represented on more than 40 markets. All the collections are also available online on the net.
The designers create a broad and diverse range of fashion for men, women, youth and children. In the shops there are also accecoires available like necklaces, bracelets, handbags and sunglasses.
H&M is in close contact with media to show their products and to provide information about H&M.

Lately we were watching a video of Donald Trump.
He was interviewed by Stephen Colbert in the "Late Show". Stephen apologizes to Donald Trump for the mean things he said about him.
Donald Trump wants to build a big wall between the border of Mexico and the U.S.A.
I think it's one of the worst ideas I heard in a while. Because there would come only more problems with it.
The price of the wall would be higher than 8 Billions and that would be a extreme waste of money.
Instead of building the very expensive wall, I would invest in the social system in the US because there are so many people starving because they have nothing to eat. And many people have not even a roof above their head.
In my opinion, the wall between the US and Mexico would only be a waste of useful money.

Christmas Traditions
We've been talking about Christmas traditions in different countries from all over the world. And I want to tell you something about the Christmas tradition in Norway.
The Chrismas eve is the time when presents are exchanged. The gifts are sometimes brought by Santa Claus called 'Julenissen'. Presents are also brought by little gnomes called 'Nisse'.
There are also 'Nisse' decorations for christmas in Norway.
Another tradition in parts of Norway is that families light a candle every night from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day.
Christmas came to Norway first time in year 1000, 1100 when the christianity came. The people didn't celebrated Christmas till this time. Before that the 'jòl' was celebrated in the middle of winter. It was a celebration of the harvest gone and a way of looking forward to the spring.
The most famous custom about Christmas in Norway is the big Christmas Tree that Norway gives to the UK every year. The tree is a present to say 'thank you' for the help during the World War II. The Tree stands in Trafalgar Square in the middle of London and often hundreds of people come to see it when the lights are turned on.
